How to Have Lots of Energy After Having Little Sleep

One of the main side effects of not getting enough sleep is tiredness. Unfortunately this often has a negative impact into your life, slowing you down and decreasing concentration. The following steps should help you get through the day.

STEP 1: Wash your face with cold water immediately after waking up, or, if possible, have a cold shower.

STEP 2: Have a cup of coffee or tea. (if you don't like these any energy drink will do)

STEP 3: Go out for a short walk. This will get your blood flowing and the fresh air should help wake you up.

STEP 4: Avoid junk food. Eating fruit and vegetables will make you feel far more alert if you are feeling tired. Fruits such as bananas are high in energy.

STEP 5: Drink lots of water. While you may not be able to sleep, you can alter the other things which make your brain work better, keeping your brain hydrated will prevent lack of fluids adding to the problem of tiredness.

STEP 6: Do not give up. Moaning about being tired will only make you feel worse. If you get on with things eventually you will go "beyond tired" and feel more alert (usually occurs around mid afternoon, though it varies from person to person).

STEP 7: Get an early night so the symptoms to not continue into the next day.

TIPS:

* Try to think that if you are energized you will receive something great (give yourself the psychological advantage, which may be the best advice of all).

* Do not drink alcohol. This is a depressant and will make you more tired.

* Do not be tricked into believing caffeine is the only way to stay awake. While it helps somewhat, natural methods of increasing brain power are usually far more effective

WARNINGS:

1. Lack of sleep day after day really takes its toll. These tips may help you in getting through one or two days, but keeping a regular schedule is best if at all possible.

2. While coffee and energy drinks do help, too much can only harm. Drink lots of water if you tend to drink a lot of coffee as coffee can dehydrate the body. Energy drinks are loaded with sugar, and they raise blood pressure, which is unhealthy in the long run. Also, they add extra calories and you may find yourself gaining unexplained weight. As with most things in life, moderation is the key.

Things You'll Need:

* Coffee/tea/energy drinks
* Water
* Fruit (bananas recommended)

How to Avoid Feeling Drowsy After Lunch

After a delicious lunch, the afternoon's work still awaits. Yet, a meal can take up to four hours to digest,[1] and in some countries, the siesta is a recognition that sleeping off a big meal is the body's first desired reaction. While few of us can avail ourselves of such a luxury in a busy world with the workday only halfway through, there are ways to maintain your energy level.

To beat a case of the afternoon slump (or afternoon apathy syndrome as this post-lunch dip is sometimes called),[2] it's important to pay attention to what you're eating at lunch, as well as making sure that you're giving yourself adequate care overall. Sustaining afternoon energy is really a combination of factors from good food to adequate sleep and in this article, you will find several practical means for overcoming drowsiness after lunch and finding more energy from now on.

1. Understand what it is that is probably making you feel sleepy after lunch. There are three main reasons for sleepiness post-lunch:

*The food you have eaten is diverting your blood for the digestion process. While natural, depending on what you eat, this process can increase your energy levels, or it can cause sluggishness. The steps following will explain in detail which foods to prefer for lunch and what to avoid. In particular, sugary foods increase the blood sugar levels more than normal, causing your pancreas to release insulin. In turn, the insulin triggers tryptophan, which gets converted into serotonin in your brain, a neurotransmitter that makes you feel sleepy.[3]

*You haven't had enough sleep. Lack of adequate sleep impacts both your digestive system's effectiveness and your energy levels.

*You are unfit, or you have an illness. If you aren't physically fit, if you're avoiding exercise, or if you have a medical condition or illness, your afternoon energy levels may be impacted negatively. Sometimes this can be remedied by getting fit, but you will need to speak with your doctor about any underlying issues.

2. Eat a good breakfast. Never skip this meal; it sets the energy standard for the rest of the day. Make healthy food choices such as wholegrain bread and cereals, fruits, and yogurt, to provide you with sustained energy for the morning. Eating breakfast helps you to feel less tempted to resort to unhealthy food choices at lunchtime and increases your physical and mental well-being throughout the day; indeed, a Cardiff University study showed that regular consumption of breakfast cereals can reduce the stress hormone cortisol, providing another good reason to start the day with healthy food.

3. Watch what you eat. The contents of your lunch will have a large impact on your afternoon's energy levels. The following suggestions may help you to reduce post-lunch slumping:
* Avoid fast food. Most fast food is junk food, packed full of fats, sugars, salts, preservatives, and flavor enhancers.[5] It tastes great on the spot and it feels like an energy boost but it has filled you with calories that lack nutrients, and is a very unhealthy fuel for your body. Fast food will spend the rest of the afternoon letting you down with a thump and there is no coming up again.

* Avoid sugar and flour. As delicious as buns, croissants, muffins, and cakes are, as well as the pasta meal, these are all energy slump-inducers in disguise. Gabe Mirkin, MD, recommends avoiding pastries, pasta, and baked goods if you want to stay awake, as their high flour and sugar content will bring on drowsiness.[6] Preferring unprocessed over processed or refined foods is a guaranteed healthier way to feeling better after lunch.\

* Eat low-carb, high-protein food for lunch. You will feel more awake. Post-lunch drowsiness from a body flooded with insulin to process that carb-rich lunch you just ate can be eased by eating carefully. Kristie Leong, MD, recommends avoiding potatoes, white rice, pasta, and any sugary foods (such as candy and desserts) because these cause a rapid rise in your insulin levels, which also increases the serotonin levels in your brain.[7] Since serotonin is associated with sleep, it stands to reason that you'll soon be feeling drowsy. Instead favor the following food types:
1.1 Low-carb vegetable choices include: Sprouts, green beans, lettuce, mustard greens, radicchio, bok choy, sea vegetables, cabbage, mushrooms, radishes, celery, avocado, cucumbers, broccoli, cauliflower, bell peppers, summer squash, zucchini, bamboo shoots, onions, tomatoes, artichokes, carrots, water chestnuts, pumpkin, etc
Low-fat choices include: Beans, nuts, soy, and whole grains.

* Eat healthy mid-afternoon snacks. Good snacks to reach for mid-afternoon are snacks that won't deplete your energy but will boost it. That means avoiding the temptation to fuel yourself on a chocolate bar and choosing instead a piece of fruit, or a wholegrain cracker.

4. Eat less. A large meal takes more effort to digest. As a result, your blood is diverted to digest the meal properly, resulting in less oxygen and nutrition reaching your brain during the digestion process.

5. Skip the wine or beer with lunch. Unless it's a special occasion and the afternoon's already a write-off (those rare afternoons when the boss says you can all wander off home early because tomorrow's a celebration holiday), avoid having alcohol with lunch. Alcohol is a sedative and even one glass will leave you feeling fatigued for the remainder of the day.

6. Curb your caffeine intake after lunch. Although caffeine is renowned for its ability to improve our alertness, it is a case of diminishing returns if you need to keep increasing the dosage because its effect has lessened over time. Needing to up the caffeine dosage is unhealthy because you can easily end up having too much caffeine, crashing quickly after it wears off each time, and ultimately you risk developing a caffeine addiction. Switch to decaffeinated or non-caffeinated drinks to get you through the afternoon. It is also important to keep well hydrated throughout the day, and water is an excellent choice. It also provides you with an excuse to stroll to the water cooler now and then.

7. Exercise. After eating, it is a good idea to get out and do some light exercise. Take a walk for a few blocks, do some basic stretches, use the stairs instead of the elevator, or do a few jumping jacks in the restroom — whatever you can think of that fits with your schedule and location. Light exercise after eating will help get your blood flowing and will help to ward off fatigue

8. Sleep adequately. Sleep is vital for good functioning. If you're not getting enough sleep at night, it makes sense that you'll start running out of energy by mid-afternoon. Be sure to get enough sleep. Avoid eating food that gives you indigestion through the night, and if you suffer from the need to get up and go to the bathroom during the night, ease up on drinking liquids close to bedtime.

9. See your doctor. If you're suffering from excessive drowsiness after eating lunch, even if you're taking the measures suggested above, it's important to see your doctor for a full checkup. There are medical conditions that can cause drowsiness, including iron or other nutrient deficiency, insulin resistance or diabetes[11], hypoglycemia, or other medical problems. Diagnosis and treatment is something only your doctor can do.

10. Notice what habits make you sleepy in a "food/mood diary". Write down when you feel drowsy, what you ate, whether you had exercised or not, how well you slept the night before, and any other factors that might be involved. Do this over a week, and at the end of the week, analyze the data you have recorded. Look for patterns so that you can learn to avoid any habits that cause drowsiness problems for you.

TIPS:

* It is important to give yourself a relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere in which to eat lunch. Try to leave the office or workroom and get some fresh air and new sights. This is about nourishing your spirit as much as your stomach, and will help improve your afternoon enthusiasm and productivity.

* Even if you only have ten minutes to eat something, make sure that it is nutritious. If you are asked to a restaurant, choose the lighter food.[12]

* Though this may not be feasible with your work schedule, you can plan to have a short 15 minute nap after lunch and it will help prevent you from feeling drowsy for the rest of the day, and can improve your productivity.[13]

* While sports drinks can give you an initial boost, don't rely on them for a regular source of energy. Not only are some high in caffeine and sugar, neither of which are healthy in large doses, but relying on them is not a substitute for good nutrition.

* Turkey contains tryptophan, which can make you sleepy. However, you would have to eat a huge amount of it to make you very sleepy. (So many people are tired after the Thanksgiving meal because of the volume of food.) A turkey sandwich should be okay.

* Ask your children and teens about their energy levels after lunch. If they (or their teachers) are reporting energy slumps after lunch, it is probably time to reassess what's going into their lunchbox or to look at the meals they are purchasing. Good nutrition for children is of the utmost importance. Have a look at Pack Vegetarian School Lunches and Pack a Lunch Box.

WARNINGS:

* Consult a doctor before making any major decisions about your diet or health.

Things You'll Need:

1. Food/mood diary
2. List of healthy food choices
3. List of healthy food eateries if you don't want to make your own lunches
4. Water
5. Decaffeinated or non-caffeinated drink choices
6. Exercise plan

How to Cope With Homesickness when You Miss Somebody

Dealing with homesickness is a lot harder when you don't just miss home, but you a miss a special person at home. If you are separated from someone you are attached to who's at home while you're away, here is how you can cope.

Step 1: Call the one you miss. Let them know you miss them. Sometimes, hearing a persons voice can be enough to reassure a person. If calling this person will make you more anxious, don't call until you're settled wherever you are. If you are at a summer camp, this could be a few days. When it's a permanent move, perhaps try waiting a few weeks.

Step 2: Make plans for when you get back and for the future. Thinking about your future together can take your mind off of the present moments apart.

Step 3: Write a letter to the person you miss, letting them know how much you miss them, what you appreciate about them, and how much you enjoy your time together.

Step 4: Pursue common interests, even if it means pursuing them apart. If there's a movie you're both interested in seeing, watch it individually and then call each other afterward and talk about it. Read a certain book at the same time. Stargaze while on you're on the phone. Do something you both enjoy, and maybe you'll meet new friends while doing these activities.

Step 5: Keep busy and try to meet new people. Don't dawdle in the hotel or your new house, feeling miserable. Find something to do. Be productive and stay on the move. The person you miss wouldn't want you to be depressed.

How to overcome Homesickness

Are you scared to go and sleep over anywhere, for fear you might get homesick? Well, here's how not to.

Steps1: Pack something special you might like and that will remind you of home, such as a teddy bear, pictures, pillow, or a blanket.

Step 2: Plan a time to call your parents before bed, so you can continue any rituals you might usually have before you go to sleep.

Step 3: Stay busy. If you do that, you won't miss people as much. When you finally go to bed, hopefully you'll be exhausted and fall right asleep. If not, try not to think about them. Try to think of how much fun you had.

Step 4: If you're an adult, pack a photo or call home. Try not to call too late.

Step 5: Think about next morning! It's just a night, the time will pass. Think of what you plan to do the next morning!

Step 6: If you can't get to sleep, listen to an iPod, relaxing music or a free downloaded meditation.

Step 7: Simply find a friend that has the same problem as you.

Tips: If you can't stand it, ask the host/hostess if you can call your folks and go home. (this won't work at camp or on vacation).

Be grateful for the freedom to see other dreams...

Be grateful for the freedom to see other dreams. Bless your loneliness as much as you drank of your former companionships. All that you are experiencing now, will become moods of future joys. So bless it all. Do not think your way superior to another's. Do not venture to judge, but see things with fresh and open eyes. Do not condemn, but praise when you can, and when you can't, be silent.

Time now is a gift for you. A gift of freedom to think and remember and understand the ever perplexing past and to recreate yourself anew in order to transform time.

Live while you are alive. Learn the ways of silence and wisdom. Learn to act, learn a new speech. Learn to be what you are in the seed of your spirit. Learn to free yourself from all the things that have moulded you and which limit your secret and undiscovered road.

Remember that all things which happen to you are raw materials. Endlessly fertile. Endlessly yielding of thoughts that could change your life and go on doing so forever.

Never forget to pray and be thankful for all things good or bad on the rich road; for everything is changeable so long as you live while you are alive.

Fear not, but be full of light and love. Fear not, but be alert and receptive. Fear not, but act decisively when you should. Fear not, but know when to stop. Fear not, for you are loved by me. Fear not, for death is not the real terror, but life magically is.

Be joyful in your silence, be strong in your patience. Do not try to wrestle with the universe, but be sometimes like water or air, sometimes like fire, and constant like the earth.

Live slowly, think slowly, for time is a mystery. Never forget that love requires always that you be the greatest person you are capable of being, self-regenerating and strong and gentle--your own hero and star.

Love demands the best in us. To always and in time oversome the worst and lowest in our souls. Love the world wisely.

It is love alone that is the greatest weapon and the deepest and hardest secret.

So fear not, my friend. The darkness is gentler than you think. Be grateful for the manifold, dreams of creation, and the many ways of the unnumbered peoples.

Be grateful for life as you live it. And may a wonderful light always guide you on the unfolding road.

Here.. There...

I'm sitting here typing this under blue skies. The busy city street below my window is full of the smell of warm blossom and, now and then, when there is the occasional lull in traffic and all you hear is the slow swish of trees from neighbouring gardens and the call of birds in flight, you can close your eyes and think yourself almost anywhere. I love days like today.

Living Alone Does Not Necessarily Mean Being Alone

In academic research too, living alone may be seen as a self-evident indicator of social disintegration and declining commitment to others. Yet until recently there has been relatively little known about the lives of those living alone, while media depictions of Sex and the City-type singletons ignore the fact that men aged 25-44 are twice as likely to live alone than women of the same age. Why so little attention to these ‘Brad Joneses’?

There is a growing body of research which challenges popular stereotypes about living alone Research on solo living at CRFR shows considerable differences within this population by socio-economic circumstance, gender and locality. Living alone does not necessarily mean being unpartnered or childless: solo-livers may be in committed relationships with partners or with children living elsewhere. The differences between those who do or don’t live alone are not as great as other social differences. In terms of social involvement with family and community, there are greater differences between men and women and by age than between those living alone and with others, suggesting factors other than living arrangement are at play. While adults of working-age living alone are a diverse group, there are still commonalities: solo-livers do not benefit from the economies of scale or sharing of risks such as pension provision found in multi-person households, and the costs of solo-living are therefore higher. It also raises policy implications in terms of social care, pensions and housing provision.

More people are likely to experience a period of solo-living in the future, in part a result of changes such as postponement of and the decline in marriage and increased relationship ‘turnover’. The research to date suggests variations in how solo-living is experienced, and that living alone does not necessarily mean being alone. Whether entered into by choice or circumstance, envisaged as temporary or long-term, living alone is often depicted by solo-livers themselves as a highly valued experience, with many positive dimensions.

Fan snaps photo of Elvis Presley just days ago. Final proof: The King IS alive

After years of speculation, the truth can finally be told: Elvis Presley not only faked his death in 1977, he’s alive today – and we’ve got the photograph to prove it.

The stark, black-and-white snapshot taken by a stunned fan on June 26 clearly shows the aging superstar resting in a wheelchair on the grounds of his Graceland mansion in Memphis.
ELVIS PRESLEY: Photographed at Graceland, say eyewitnesses, just days ago.

ELVIS PRESLEY: Photographed at Graceland, say eyewitnesses, just days ago.

And while nobody can say for sure if The King is back at Graceland to stay, Presley insiders hint that the 74-year-old legend, “if he really is alive, might go public at any minute” if he gets some kind of indication that fans still care.

“I’m not saying Elvis is alive – honestly, I’ve always suspected it, but I’ve never known for sure,” said a close friend of the singer and former member of his close-knit “Memphis Mafia.”

“But I’ll tell you one thing – if that picture of him in the wheelchair is authentic, and it sure looks to me like it is, then you can bet your bottom dollar that El set the whole thing up to find out if people still remember him.

“Elvis isn’t stupid. In fact, he’s one of the smartest people I’ve ever known. If he faked his death and kept himself out of the public eye for 32 years, he sure wouldn’t screw up and let somebody take his picture now, especially one that shows him in a weakened condition and unable to use his legs.

“At least, he wouldn’t ‘screw up’ unless he wanted to. I think that’s what might be going down. He‘s a sensitive guy and I guarantee you he wouldn’t come out of hiding if he felt like fans don’t care about him anymore.
Do you believe Elvis Presley faked his death?
Yes. All the evidence points to it. I'll never believe he killed himself with drugs like they say he did.
No. Elvis, I'm sorry to say, is dead. Being a big star was too much for him. He died in 1977.

It‘s easy for me to believe he‘s testing the water before he does something drastic like go on Good Morning, America or Larry King and tell everybody he’s alive.”

Nobody officially involved in the maintenance of the Presley estate and its various for-profit enterprises has ever said anything to support the notion that Elvis faked his death of a heart attack on Aug. 16, 1977.

And they certainly aren’t forthcoming with any new information now.

But if the story develops along the lines suggested by the ex Presley insider, they might have to. And that includes The King’s former wife, Priscilla, and only child, rock-star-in-her-own-right, Lisa Marie.

“There are plenty of good reasons for Elvis to come out of hiding now,“ says Wes Thomas, an investigative reporter and Presley expert who has written extensively on the performer.

“He’s certainly no spring chicken. And after the recent death of Michael Jackson, he might have stopped to reflect on his own mortality and decided that if he‘s ever going to tell fans the truth, he better do it now.

“That the kind of man Elvis was. He loved his fans and he never wanted to lie to them or cheat them. If he faked his death to escape the pressures of being a star, those who know Elvis would tell you they always expected him to come out of hiding and explain everything.

“What’s really got me about that picture is the wheelchair. It could mean he’s had a stroke and lost the use of his legs or maybe he has an unsteady gait. Then again, he might be using a prop to generate interest among fans.

“When you see Elvis Presley in a wheelchair 32years after he ‘died’, well, that’s something the whole world will want to see.”

Photo analysts commissioned by YourWorldReport.com say the photograph taken by a 53-year-old woman who sneaked onto the grounds of Graceland through an unlocked gate “absolutely, positively has not been altered or retouched” in any way.

And while they can’t say for sure whether the senior citizen in the wheelchair is Elvis or a mere look-alike, a nationally known aging expert says: “It’s The King.“

“Judging from my analysis of blowups, the man is Elvis or, if not Elvis, someone who aged exactly as our computer models say Elvis would have aged – which is a virtual impossibility,” says Phil Telers, of Washington, D.C. Telers has worked closely with police departments nationwide to “age” abducted children in computer models that are used to help find the kids years after they went missing.

As Elvis fans know all too well, circumstances surrounding The King’s “death” in 1977 were mysterious at best. Officially, he suffered a drug-induced heart attack while reading a book on the Shroud of Turin in the opulent bathroom adjoining his second-floor bedroom at Graceland – while girlfriend Ginger Alden slept just a few feet away in his bed.

But reports from mourners who said Presley was sweating profusely as he lay in his open casket before his funeral fueled persistent and compelling rumors that he was, in fact, alive.

Those rumors intensified when Presley insiders told friends that anybody who bothered to dig up the performer’s coffin would find – not Elvis – but a wax dummy inside.

In fact, Presley’s dad, Vernon, had the casket moved from Forest Lawn Cemetery, where it was originally buried, to Elvis’s beloved “Meditation Garden” at Graceland to keep overzealous fans from digging it up to find out who – or what – really was inside.

“If it’s truly Elvis I saw I’ll just die,“ says the excited fan from Cheraw, South Carolina, who took the wheelchair-bound man’s picture and requested that her name be withheld “so other fans won’t think I‘m trying to take advantage of anything.”

“I just had time to take the one picture and the camera was set to take black and white because my son is studying photograph at the junior college and they’re using black and white,” she adds.

“I was pretty far away and had to use my zoom lens. But I know he saw me because we made eye contact. I felt like it was Elvis and my heart was beating out of my chest. I tried to say something but my mouth was so dry all I could do was croak like a frog.”

The woman says security guards caught up with her “and they were real nice about escorting me out, not mean like you’d think they’d be.

“By then I could talk and I kept saying, ‘That was Elvis! I saw Elvis.’ The funny thing is, they didn’t deny it. And they didn’t make fun of me, either. But when I turned back around, Elvis was gone.

“If I hadn’t taken the picture, I probably wouldn’t have believed any of this ever happened. It still feels like a dream.”

ELVIS’ SECRET SON FOUND: Handsome 32-year-old is the spitting image of The King … Birth certificate proves HE’S ELVIS JR.

ELVIS PRESLEY’S secret son grew up in Germany, but he is now back in the United States – hoping to meet his dad. The young man’s name is Elvis Presley Jr. He is 31 years old. And a birth certificate states point blank that Elvis Presley – the King of Rock ‘n’ Roll – is his dad.

That’s the word from author and Elvis expert William Stern, who learned about Elvis Jr. from a Presley family source and actually met him in a hotel room in Columbia, South Carolina, on July 2.
ELVIS' SON: The lips, the nose, the hair - the resemblance is striking.

ELVIS' SON: The lips, the nose, the hair - the resemblance is striking.

Stern said he that at first, he was skeptical about the young man’s identity and thought somebody might be trying to make him the victim of an elaborate practical joke.

But after talking with Elvis Jr. for three hours, and analyzing his birth certificate, Stern is convinced that he is the direct descendant of Elvis Presley – the greatest rock and roll performer who ever lived.
YOUNG ELVIS: Features match up well with those of his secret son.

YOUNG ELVIS: Features match up well with those of his secret son.

“He is not only the spitting image of Elvis Presley, he is Elvis Presley all over again,” said Stern, who has written prolifically about The King since he faked his death and went into hiding in 1977.

“Over the years I’ve heard many, many rumors that Elvis had a secret son but, lacking evidence, I didn’t take them seriously, at least not until I met this young man and saw the birth certificate that names Elvis as his dad.

“Now I’m convinced that Elvis did have a son,” adds Stern. “And I’ve got a gut feeling that the publicity this young man is going to generate might very well bring the 78-year-old singer out of hiding once and for all.”

Stern’s claims might sound outrageous but he produced plenty of evidence to support what he says. A snapshot of the baby-faced young man confirms that he is a dead ringer for Elvis.

And a copy of his German birth certificate names Elvis Presley of Memphis, Tennessee as the father – and the document is, Stern says, according to the opinion of an analyst familiar with German birth records, authentic.

Elvis Jr. blocked out his mother’s name to protect her identity.

But he told Stern that she died from a lung infection and was buried near her hometown of Frankfurt, Germany on Jan. 29, 1978 – three weeks after he was born on Jan. 4 – and six months after Elvis Sr. died or disappeared.

Stern said: “Elvis apparently had an affair with the woman in the spring of 1977 when she was staying with a relative in Memphis while trying to launch a career as a singer. The result of that affair was Elvis Presley Jr., who was born in Germany.

“The young man said he was raised by German relatives in Berlin. He came to the U.S. in January, just a few months ago.

“He said he returned to see where he father was born and lived. I asked him if he had arranged to see Elvis but he simply didn’t want to talk about it.

“He said: “That’s between my father and me. Please … no details.”

Stern went on to say: “You might wonder, as I did, why Elvis Jr. has never tried to cash in on his father’s fame. He told me, and I quote, ‘I don’t intend to live in hiding or in fear because I share my father’s name, and that’s the reason I agreed to meet with you and have my story told.

“On the other hand, fame and fortune almost killed my father.

“I don’t want them to kill me.’”

Stern said Elvis Jr. hinted that he might pursue a career in music but insisted that he has no interest in performing onstage or taking advantage of is father’s name.

The young man said he is much happier in a recording studio – and hopes to produce records for a German jazz label when he returns to Europe “later this year.”

“I was very definitely impressed with this young man’s intelligence and sincerity,” said Stern. “I would give anything to be in the room when he and his dad finally get together. If that isn’t that reunion of the century, there’s no such thing.”

Michael Jackson ‘Death Hoax’ Diary Found – FINAL PROOF HE’S STILL ALIVE

Copyright (c) 2009 Derek Clontz/4-Page Media, Inc. All rights reserved.

POP WARBLER Michael Jackson kept an astonishing “death-hoax diary” explaining how he would fake his death of a heart attack and telling when he would come out of hiding, a family friend who claims to have found the journal “among Michael’s personal effects” tells derekclontz.com exclusively.
ALIVE - OR NOT? You be the judge.

ALIVE - OR NOT? You be the judge.

“There’s too much pressure, pressure, pressure … pressure everywhere I turn …” a diary entry dated Nov. 17, 2008 is alleged to say in part.

“I don’t know who I am, not anmore (sp). Maybe I’m just a father to my children. Maybe I’m washed up.

“The drugs are (illegible) a toll … (illegible) … I’m not addict. But I can’t stop …

“If Elvis … (illegible) … so can I.

“I’ll have a ‘heart attack’ from drugs like he did (yeah, right!)

“I’ll come back, but only when I’m ready. Bigger than Elvis in ‘69.

“Maybe 2009 at Christmas. Or maybe the New Year is better.

“A back-from-dead tour, a real Thriller. But I have to rest. I’m tired. I’m not (thinking) clearly.

“It’s the drugs.

“A lot of fans still love me. (Some) people hate me. Thing (sp) will be different (after this) …”

Jackson insiders declined to comment – officially – on the report. But as one privately put it, “We love Michael no matter what.”

The friend who leaked portions of the diary also was tight lipped, saying only, “There are over 60 pages (of it) that I will release to the family through my lawyer and they can do what they want with it. It doesn’t belong to me. It belongs to Michael and his loved ones.”

Other sources confirm that Jackson, 50, had spoken of a death hoax “on several occasions” in 2008 and also in 2009, although the reported discovery of the diary that outlines his plans seemed to come as a surprise to everyone contacted by derekclontz.com.

A paint-by-numbers account of a death hoax, in the superstar’s own handwriting, could lead to serious legal problems, say legal observers, especially if the journal is perceived by insurance companies and the authorities to be a blueprint for fraud.

“I hope to God the diary is legit,” said a Jackson confidante who requested anonymity. “If Michael really is alive, if he orchestrated all this, if he faked his own death, then nobody will be happier than me. As for fraud – nope, no way.

“Michael wouldn’t commit fraud. He’s not trying to collect insurance. He’s protecting himself. He’s doing this for his children. I’ll guarantee it.”

News of Jackson’s “death” on June 25 stunned the world. In fact, within hours of the ann0uncement by authorities, fans had already begun to speculate that he was still alive and had gone into hiding. Subsequent reports suggested that he was, indeed, perpetrating a hoax to escape the pressures of life in the public eye.

Scooping the world, derekclontz.com reported Jackson had been spirited to Asheville, North Carolina and then to Eastern Europe, where it is thought that he might be holed up in Hungary, or even in Russia, where hundreds of people claim to have spotted him in Moscow.

NEW DETAILS OF MICHAEL DEATH HOAX REVEALED … and we know where he is hiding

As many as 36 devoted friends and family members helped Michael Jackson pull off the greatest celebrity vanishing act in history after he faked his death of a heart attack late last week, hiding him first in the mountains of North Carolina, then in Paris, and, finally, in Hungary – where he is socked away in a medieval castle watching round-the-clock coverage of his “death”, far from the prying eyes of frenzied reporters and overzealous fans.

And at least a half dozen of those same devoted “co-conspirators” are still with the King of Pop, seeing to it that he has comfortable and secluded homes to live in, plenty of food and money, and the best doctors and medical care that his fortune can buy.
Michael Jackson and Elvis Presley together in Heaven? Not a chance, say sources - both superstars are alive.

Michael Jackson and Elvis Presley together in Heaven? Not a chance, say sources - both superstars are alive.
“It’s amazing how we were able to take the most recognizable celebrity on the face of the Earth and hide him from millions of fans, but that’s exactly what we did,” a Jackson confidante who is involved in Jackson’s disappearance, told me exclusively.

“Of course, we love Michael. We’d do anything for him. And that includes, for some of us, giving up their own lives to protect him. This isn’t a game. This is serious business. Michael was at the breaking point. If something hadn’t been done, he really would be in a coffin with no hope of a comeback. Not now. Not ever.”

It’s unlikely that anybody will ever know for sure why Jackson, 50, decided to fake his death now, with an historic series of shows planned for later this year, said the source, “unless Michael himself explains it.”

But it’s generally accepted that he had become severely addicted to prescription drugs while trying to find a way to cope with the twin pressures of superstardom and life in a fishbowl.

And other Jackson insiders who agreed to talk with YourWorldReport.com and derekclontz.wordpress.com conceded, though grudgingly, that the “Michael Death Hoax” isn’t a fantasy or wishful thinking on the part of fans.

It’s real – and with help from select members of his famed entourage, other friends and family members, and at least a dozen highly-placed public officials, pop-genius Jackson hatched and executed what can only be described as an elaborate plot to fake a heart attack and bury a look-alike – or, as in the case of Elvis Presley, who also is widely believed to have faked his death, a wax dummy – in his place.

Is Michael Jackson Alive?
Yes. It's so clear. There's no doubt MJ faked his death.
I'm not sure. He might be alive and planning a new tour.
Are you out of your mind? Michael killed himself with drugs.
No. A great human and performer has died in his prime.

Speaking generally and choosing words carefully to avoid specifics, one insider familiar with the hoax said: “Michael agonized over this. It wasn’t something he took lightly. He worried about what his fans would think. But in the final analysis, he had to do it. He had no choice.

“The plan called for him to spend 24 hours in Asheville, North Carolina, and then jet to Paris. After a short layover, we got him to Hungary and the medieval castle he’ll call home until he’s ready to go public. Michael visited it twice in the past six months with nobody any the wiser. This was a tight operation with 35, maybe 36 people involved, all devoted to Michael.

“Michael fretted over his fans being disappointed in him because he tricked them. To make up for it, he said, ‘I’ll give them back more than I ever took away. I’ll give them a world tour and shows in every country on earth. If people are too poor to buy a ticket, they can come for free. I will bring love to the world … the peace and love the world needs.’

“Make no mistake,” continued the source, “faking his death has saved his life. Michael was at the breaking point. If he hadn’t dropped out, he would have gone to an early grave for real.”

In fact, say sources in a position to know, the superstar faked his death to escape the crushing pressures of life in a fishbowl -and he is now socked away in an undisclosed location in Eastern Europe – possibly Hungary – far from the clamor and commotion of paparazzi and reporters covering his “autopsy” and “funeral” in southern California.

… In fact, say sources in a position to know, the superstar faked his death to escape the crushing pressures of life in a fishbowl – and he is now socked away in an undisclosed location in Eastern Europe, possibly Hungary, far from the clamor of paparazzi covering his “autopsy” and “funeral” in southern California.

And in the strangest twist of all, say the insiders, once he’s rested and ready, Jackson, 50, will blow the lid off his own hoax – and embark on the most spectacularly lucrative concert tour in the history of rock ‘n’ roll.

“Michael is following in the footsteps of a man he greatly admired – another rock icon, Elvis Presley, who also faked his death and is still alive, and in hiding, today,” William Stern, who has written extensively on Presley, told me exclusively.

“Unlike Elvis, however, Michael is withdrawing from his celebrity before it destroys him. And he also is planning, once he has rested and regrouped, to stage a comeback unlike anything in rock history.

“Make no mistake, Jackson is a genius, both as a performer and as and showman and marketer and promoter. Remember when he made an offer to buy the remains of The Elephant Man from a British museum just to get the publicity?

“Remember when he reputedly was trying to find a way to live forever by spending hours in a hyperbaric chamber?

“If you look at his history, at some of the stunts he’s pulled to keep himself in the public eye, to maintain a sense of mystery about who he is and what he’s all about, the idea that he would fake his death makes sense.

“Let’s face it – Michael has been vilified by many in the press and by people who just don’t like him. He’s been accused of pedophilia. He’s been called ‘Wacko Jacko’ and a ‘Pop Weirdo’.

“Yes, he’s got billions of fans. Yes, he’s sold perhaps a billion records and CDs. But for all the love he gets, there are those who have been and continue to be unkind, and mean-spirited.

“I’ll make you a bet. If it takes six months, if it takes a year, if it takes two years, it doesn’t matter: When he’s rested and ready, and pulls the curtain up on his faked death, the world is going to stand still.

“With all due respect to the President of United States, Michael on a ‘Back from the Dead Tour’ will make Barack Obama look like a B-List celebrity.”

Stern’s sources say Jackson has been planning his escape for at least 16 months, but nobody, not even those who are closest to him, took him seriously, the expert said, “until now.”

“It’s unclear where he has gone – he mentioned South America, Canada, Russia, Kenya, Japan and Australia over the past year … all smokescreens, no doubt,” continued Stern.

“The best information I have suggests he is in Eastern Europe, in a medieval castle, possibly in Hungary. Right now, my sources are saying, ‘Leave him alone. Let him rest. Give him time.’

“They say that fans can help him recover by showing their love and respect for him. They say, ‘You better believe he is watching all the coverage.’ And they say fans can give Michael a boost by flashing peace signs to cameras – like he was famous for doing – and telling reporters they know he is alive.’”

But first, here’s a Bonus Feature for fans who think Michael Jackson has, in fact, died and passed over into Heaven. Psychic at Dick Kulpa’s IudexOnline says Elvis Presley welcomed MJ to Paradise (as depicted in this stirring sketch by Mr. Kulpa.

THE SEARCH IS OVER

Title: Survivor - The Search Is Over

How can I convince you what you see is real
Who am I to blame you for doubting what you feel
I was always reachin', you were just a girl I knew
I took for granted the friend I have in you

I was living for a dream, loving for a moment
Taking on the world, that was just my style
Now I look into your eyes
I can see forever, the search is over
You were with me all the while

Can we last forever, will we fall apart
At times it's so confusing, these questions of the heart
You followed me through changes and patiently you'd wait
Till I came to my senses through some miracle of fate

I was living for a dream, loving for a moment
Taking on the world, that was just my style
Now I look into your eyes
I can see forever, the search is over
You were with me all the while

Now the miles stretch out behind me
Loves that I have lost
Broken hearts lie victims of the game
Then good luck it finally struck
Like lightning from the blue
Every highway leading me back to you

Now at last I hold you, now all is said and done
The search has come full circle
Our destinies are one
So if you ever loved me
Show me that you give a damn
You'll know for certain
The man I really am

I was living for a dream, loving for a moment
Taking on the world, that was just my style
Then I touched your hand, I could hear you whisper
The search is over, love was right before my eyes

Jeffrey, sweety this is for you... I love you..

What Kind of Partner Are You in Your Relationship?

First, let's discuss three popular kinds of partnerships that people settle into while in a relationship. The first one is called the father/daughter relationship. In this kind of relationship, the man plays the role that you would normally see reserved for a parent. For example, the husband might decide that his wife will be paid an allowance as oppose to having equal access to their money.

In fact this man might go so far as to believe that it is his money that he is sharing with her and not theirs. Another example is the man who needs to control her social life and or network of friends. Much like a father, men can be very protective of their daughters.

Women, also, will fall into the role of a mother/son relationship. They will nick-pick their husbands to no end to get him to do and behave as they would have him. They cater to his needs and wants much like a real mother does for her dependent son. His clothes are washed and ironed, his meals are made for him, and the home operates around his mood.

The second type of relationship that couples adopt is the brother/sister relationship. This happens when you have two people who have just about everything in common besides physical desire and romance. Maybe they started off believing that they were love mates but over time have realized that they do better as friends. What little attraction that's left is nothing more than an appreciation of common interests.

The third type of relationship that partners imitate is the kind that is found within a healthy relationship between two healthy individuals who are not only soul mates but also good companions. This kind of partnership is referred to as the partner/partner relationship. Women and men within these types of relationships have their own identity. Their identity is not a threat to their partner nor does their partner see it necessary to control their expression.

They operate from a frame of reference where love and romance is a personal exploration between two aware individuals who have some pertinent things in common with a desire to share mutual emotional, physical, and spiritual experiences. This type of partner/partner relationship doesn't feed off the traditions of the past, how mom and dad behaved, or what one sees in the movies.

So, what kind of mate are you? Are you in a relationship where you're the daughter, the mother, or the sister? Are you emotionally and financially being handled by a man who is the father, the brother, or the son? Maybe you're none of these characters. Perhaps you're your own person and within a relationship you can call your own.

How to Get a Girlfriend - Using Super Powerful Girlfriend Getter Strategies

Dude, if you feel that you're the only one wanting to find a quality girlfriend, you are sorely mistaken. There are a lot more men who are dreaming of getting a girlfriend out there, and you're not alone at all! However, what sets you apart from those other guys is your willingness to read more about the finer points of finding a girlfriend easily. The fact is, you can improve your chances of getting through to that special lady if you use these simple methods that deliver astounding results quickly...

How to Start Looking for a Girlfriend? Use These Strategies

First Step. Skill Development. Attracting and ultimately dating women is not that easy if you don't have a lot of confidence in you. Building real self confidence means learning how to approach, creating compelling conversations and getting the skills needed to develop rapport with girls.

Second Step. Describe your IDEAL. Dating a quality girl starts when you know the traits you are looking for in a girlfriend. Discover the EXACT type of girl you want to date so you can meet her. Take this time to reflect and enumerate the characteristics of your ideal girl. With these in mind, you can sift through the random and find that particular girl you want.

Third Step. Determine where your ideal girl hangs out. You already know her traits or at least some of them. Now, you have an idea where to start looking. If she's the sporty type, you can bet that she's in a gym somewhere, learning yoga or working out on the treadmill. If she's a food lover like you, you want to hang out in culinary schools and take cooking lessons yourself!

Fourth Step. Approach your type frequently. Have you heard it said that finding women you like is a game of numbers? The more girls you approach, the more likely you will find the one for you. Don't worry about rejection, just keep at it!

Fifth Step. Hypnotize her. There is a method to build instant rapport with a woman, and it involves hypnosis. In particular, there's a technique we call fractionation, which gets the job done fast. Once you get this right, she will be falling for you like a ton of bricks in a matter of minutes.

But before you use hypnosis techniques, you must heed this warning...

Fractionation is considered as a 'dark art' tactic which is the basis of hypnosis-based seduction, and while controversial, it is known to be one of the most effective tactics ever invented by underground seductionists.

It is described in a step-by-step system in the Deadly Seduction Manuscript (http://www.DeadlySeduction.com).

These psychology tactics are highly unconventional techniques that are used by the secret elite in the seduction community. Use at your own risk. I personally vouch for the effectiveness of these tactics, but care must be taken as they could be outright dangerous in the hands of the unscrupulous.

But if you're ready to get girls without breaking a sweat, then do this. Click on this link for an easy step-by-step system that will get you instant attraction from any girl you meet, guaranteed, and for free: Deadly Seduction Tactics

The Break Up

Break ups, unfortunately for some of us an inevitable part of life, your lucky (some will say) if you have never ever experienced one. However I now believe that to understand your self fully you need to experience a break up where you have truly loved and you feel as though the world will stop without that person in your life. Let me explain, one year ago I split up with the love of my life, we had been together for seven years in total.

The year leading to the split she fell pregnant accidentally; however we were both very excited about the situation and started preparing to bring a baby into this world. We decorated and baby proofed our house and ensured that our finances and everything would be set to cope with a new life. Unfortunately early into the pregnancy she suffered from a miscarriage, apparently very common for women during their first pregnancy. As you can imagine we were both devastated by the news and I tried my hardest to be a rock for her and give my full support.

Experiencing a miscarriage with a partner is a strange thing and is still a very taboo subject to talk about, even though it is apparently very common. Friends, family and colleagues don't know what to say and generally try to avoid the subject at all cost. Occasionally you will get the wisened mother who will pull you to one side and say "I suffered a couple of miscarriages before I had my first born so try not to worry" it was comforting to know that we were not alone and that there was hope. The miscarriage unfortunately instead of driving us closer drove us apart as she found it hard to recover from the trauma.

A few months passed and finally we began to get back to our normal selves and our relationship was recovering. Then one week before my 29th birthday, I received a call from my sister "Dad's had a heart attack!"

We rushed to the hospital and to the intensive care unit where my father was being treated. I found my father very weak from the major heart attack he had suffered, but still alive, there was still hope. The doctors advised how serious this situation was and that they would do everything they could to save him.

For one of the longest weeks of my life my fiancé, my two sisters, my mum and I all crowded into a waiting room in the hospital, taking it in turns to visit and comfort my father, all the time waiting for further news from the doctors.

My birthday came and no one was in the mood for celebrating as Dads condition had deteriorated over the week. The doctors asked to talk to all of us and gave us the news we feared, there was no more they could do and that we would have to turn off my fathers life support machine that evening. We all said our goodbyes to my father, I told him I loved him and thanked him for everything he had done us. My father died that evening, we were all devastated.

I was very close to my father and considered him a best friend; my fiancé who lost her father when she was young was also amazingly close to my dad, so we were both reeling from his death. She became my rock as I struggled to cope with his loss.

Christmas came and was strange without Dad, a few months passed and I was still struggling. Coming home from work I would get off the train and burst into tears during the walk home, I missed him immensely.

Then shortly after Valentines Day my fiancé said we needed to speak and broke the news that she no longer loved me or wanted to be with me, I was devastated and could not figure out what to do. I was grieving Dad and the loss of our child and would now lose the only person left in my life that I truly loved and that understood me; I wanted to end my life there and then.

My mind was on overdrive, all the previous events compacted into one and I now had to also think about moving out, my finances and how my life had changed forever, I felt physically and emotionally crushed I had nothing left to give and wanted the pain to stop. I cried for a few days (I'm not normally the crying type I may add) until, I guess, my survival mechanism kicked in and I started to speak to friends and family.

My friends and family helped but I didn't think they truly understood what I was going through, I was searching for answers. I tried counseling for a few sessions but again did not feel as though it helped as much as I needed.

At a loss I turned to Google for answers and typed in 'heart break and loss', so many sites appeared all with help and advice on how to recover from break ups and grieving. I was touched by reading other peoples stories and knowing that I was not alone, at times like these you can feel very isolated. The world seems to keep on turning when your own is unrecognisable. I buried myself in these sites for weeks and learn a lot about the grieving process and how we deal with major change and trauma, it really helped me.

Looking back I think my fiancé was right to have ended our relationship as I think the love had gone before she fell pregnant and that I was just settling for what I thought was a good relationship. The unfortunate circumstances acted as the catalyst to test the strength or relationship and it crumbled, it wasn't meant to be.

Going through this whole experience has changed me and made me a stronger person. It has also forced me to accept change and in doing so has made me more open minded to future change. I also now know not to just settle in a relationship for the sake of it, life's to short to just settle.

A year later and I am happier than I have been for a very long time, I am more outgoing than ever, have lost about 3 stone from the gym and have also accepted voluntary redundancy from my job in the city, im off to become a snowboarding instructor in Canada, life could not be more different than a year ago.

The events that happened to me are all part and parcel of life and its how we deal with these events that make us who we are. We will all suffer traumatic and turbulent times in life, but life does get better no matter how dark the path may become.

As a result I have started my own website http://www.over-it.co.uk/ to help people like myself deal with the emotional and practical side of break ups, other people's stories helped me immensely and I thank all of those kind people for being so open and frank about their lives, I hope I can help others in the same way.

When you have both taken a step back from the errors and taken some time to reflect on things it may be possible to come together again, however, you will certainly not wish to act too quickly.

You must be able to resolve the problems that caused the relationship to fracture in the first place. You must both of you work at the problems; if you don't succeed finding solutions you will not get back together for very long.

Where it was a single event that caused the fracture, you must either learn how to accept what happened or find out how to fix the problem.

Where the problem was one of cheating this may be difficult to recover from. Where trust is broken it is difficult and slow to get back. It takes a long time to overcome a deception and there must also be a reason to be believe it will not be repeated if trust is eventually to return.

Some group therapy may be useful in this case.

You may be sad but you must never give the impression that you are desperate to get them to return. Show that you have sorted things out in your head. As much as is possible, show that you are confident. Your ex will see you as an exciting person and they will likely want to get back with you again.

Above all you must be sure in your own mind that you are really doing the right thing for yourself in wanting to get back with your ex. Are you sure that life for you will be better with them than if you had moved on elsewhere. There is no point in making a huge effort working out "How to get back with your ex" only that the relationship falls apart again soon afterwards and your efforts are wasted.
